HOLIDAY VILLAS IN THE PROVINCE OF NAPLES

FLEGREA HOUSE "Casa Rosa" emerges among the citrus trees and Roman ruins and is immersed in the surreal tranquillity of the surrounding vegetation. It is the old rural residence of the family, recently restored.
It has been built on three levels and has a dominant position on the neighbouring Roman necropolis, with fascinating views of the Gulf of Pozzuoli, the Capo Miseno's lighthouse and the islands of Procida and Ischia. 
It is located in a private park with a swimming pool and characteristic outdoor spaces that offer an authentic and evocative atmosphere.
Decorated in a rural style, with exquisite details, it will appeal to various types of guests who choose to spend time here as part of their vacation or business trips.

"La Stalla" Reception Hall

Characteristic lounge decorated with a manger; located on the lower level of the villa, arranged to welcome guests or for quiet reading. Situated among the vaults of the Roman excavations and the walls of the opus reticolatum, it connects to the other facilities. Guests feel like they are simultaneously living in ancient and present time.

Rooms

There are six rooms built as two adjacent units on the intermediate level (ground floor) of the facility. They are independent, bright and panoramic, with en suite bathroom, air conditioning, wifi, minibar, TV, telephone, safe. Carefully personalised to make you feel comfortable.
Room no. 1: La Casa Rosa (unit 1) "La cucina di Maria": 
double / triple "air-conditioned en-suite bathroom (shower), located on the intermediate floor (ground floor) of the house, surrounded by vegetation, with a separate entrance on the terrace and another on the inside. Option of an additional bed with regular mattress
Room No. 2, "la casa di Becky": 
Double bedroom - "apartment (4/5 pax.)" Air conditioned, with living room, mezzanine, separate kitchen, bathroom (shower). Located on the upper floor of the house with entrance from the inside through a staircase that has access to the panoramic sunbathing area.
Room no. 3, "la casa con il camino": 
Double bedroom - "apartment (3/5 pax.)" Air conditioned, with mezzanine, living room with fireplace, bathroom (bath/shower), kitchen; located on the top floor of the house, with an independent entrance from the terraces and one from the interior from which you can also access the sunbathing area overlooking the gulf
Room no. 4, "La barca di Mario" (unit 2): 
separate, air-conditioned double room with en-suite shower (also suitable for guests with disabilities); located on the intermediate floor (ground floor), entrance from the garden on which it offers a view

Room no. 5, "la camera dei Coloni": 
independent, air-conditioned en-suite double room (shower); located on the intermediate floor (ground floor) of the building, with entrance from the garden. Option of additional bed
Room no. 6, "il porcile": 
Single room, air-conditioned with en suite bathroom (bath/shower); Located on the intermediate floor (ground floor), with independent entrance from a terrace connected to the garden on which it offers a panoramic view. Double use option (two single beds)

Shared areas

Rustic and characteristic atmosphere, perfect for meetings and conferences. The shared areas are the living room with breakfast room, stable, reading area, swimming pool, sunbathing area and outdoor areas:
The lounge and breakfast room, in an original style, offers a distinctive fireplace, ideal for meetings and relaxation. The terrace is especially cosy, bright, spacious and offers a terrific panoramic view. Guests have access to a fully equipped modern kitchen
Outdoor area: it blends in perfectly with the area surrounding the house. Sunlit, quiet and scenic views allow you to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the area. These include the swimming pool, sunbathing area, garden, courtyard and terraces, and the surrounding countryside
The swimming pool: outdoor swimming pool (10x6) surrounded by citrus trees and Roman ruins, with sunbathing area for relaxation. Twenty-five meter indoor swimming pool (swimming school / free swimming). Practical features with all the relevant equipment
The Sunbathing Area: covered terrace, accessible by going through on original entrance shaped as a tunnel. Panoramic view of the Gulf of Pozzuoli, Capo Miseno's lighthouse and the islands of Procida and Ischia. The view is dominated by Roman ruins, inhabited areas and the lush vegetation of the surrounding countryside. It is arranged in a rustic but elegant style; ideal for an "aperitif at sunset", friendly meetings or other relaxing occasions
Courtyard with terraces / garden: large areas, bordered by ancient remains, Mediterranean scrub, olive trees and fruit trees. Access to the barbecue and exciting entertainment

Useful Information
"What you need to know"

Guests are received between 5 pm and 7 pm.
The arrival time must be agreed at the time of booking or before arrival.
The rooms and apartments must be vacated max by 11 am unless otherwise agreed.
You can bring pets if agreed in advance. You will be held liable for any damages.
Upon request, we also offer tasting and hiking tours, by boat (even sailing), by bicycle, etc.
When arriving, as well as during your stay, you will enjoy many cultural-natural and food-related activities to enjoy.
The authentic and distinctive breakfast is organised by the family and offered either inside, in the garden, or in the sunbathing area. 
The presence of any animals, infants and people with disabilities need to be agreed in advance to ensure appropriate organisational arrangements.

Unless special arrangements are made, only people who do not live in the Campania region may rent the accommodation. If this is the case, please inform us before making the reservation.

Payment Methods

To confirm your reservation, please pay 30% / 50% deposit by bank transfer, credit card, PAYPAL or postal order and send a copy of the payment and booking form by fax ( +39 081 405479).
The remaining payment, inclusive of any additional charges, will be made in cash upon arrival, by bank transfer, or prior to arrival by credit card / PAYPAL.
Cancellations must be communicated by fax, or e-mail to flegreahousesrl@pec, at least 45 working days in advance. Failure to comply with this advance notice period will result in guests being charged for the entire stay.
If cancelled within 60 days prior to your stay, you will be charged 50% of the balance due for your stay. As stated above, ask for confirmation at the time of booking.
